These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of filmfamproductions.com (the “Site”) and the film rental services offered by Film Fam Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing a rental, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase a rental.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or rent any content. Our films contain mature content including but not limited to adult themes, language, and situations. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we have reason to believe does not meet this age requirement.

2. Film Rental – What You Receive

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a unique, private rental link via email. This link grants you:

• Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to stream the rented film
• Streaming access for a period of 24 hours from the time of purchase

After 24 hours, the rental link will expire and access to the film will no longer be available.

3. Personal Viewing Only

Your rental is strictly for personal, private viewing only. You may not:

• Share your rental link with any other person
• Screen or exhibit the film publicly, whether for free or for a fee
• Broadcast, stream, or transmit the film to any audience
• Record, download, copy, or reproduce the film in any format
• Use the film for any commercial purpose

Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and termination of your access without refund.

4. No Refunds

All rental purchases are final and non-refundable. Because rental links are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your rental, please contact us at hello@filmfamproductions.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

The film, all associated content, and all materials on this Site are the property of Film Fam Productions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your rental grants you a limited license to view the film for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and browser meet the minimum technical requirements needed to stream the film. We are not responsible for inability to access your rental due to your device or connection limitations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and rental services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Film Fam Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or rental services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
